A Principal Plan license grants you the right to use any version of the software released before or during the license period forever! That means when your license expires, you can continue to use your current version forever. If your license has expired and you want to upgrade to a newer version, you will need to renew your license. But if you're happy with the version you have, you can continue using it forever.
Read This Before You Install
If your previous license expired before this new version's release date (see below) and you intend to open files created more than 60 days ago, you will need to renew your license before you will be able to open those older files with this new version.
