Welcome to North Coast Idea Company's Principal Plan Wiki.
Principal plan uses a software version of the Envelope System to help you set aside portions of your income when you get paid. As you go through the month, the software tracks how much money you have left in each category. Before you spend it.
With Principal Plan, you set aside money for different budget categories by allocating your income to envelopes. By setting money aside before you spend it, you can easily track how much you have to spend in each category by simply looking at each envelope's balance.
