Print Preview
Preview transaction listings and reports before printing.
Overview
The Print Preview window displays a rendered view of a report or ledger listing before you send it to the printer. It opens when you click Preview in any report dialog or ledger print option.
Toolbar
The toolbar across the top of the window provides navigation and zoom controls:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Close | Closes the preview window. |
| Sends the previewed document to your printer. | |
| Go to First Page | Jumps to the first page. |
| Go to Previous Page | Moves back one page. |
| Page Number | A text field showing the current page number. Type a number and press Enter to jump directly to that page. |
| Go to Page | Jumps to the page number entered in the field. |
| Go to Next Page | Moves forward one page. |
| Go to Last Page | Jumps to the last page. |
| Fit Whole Page in View | Scales the view so the entire page is visible at once. |
| Fit Page Width in View | Scales the view so the page fills the window width. |
| Zoom In | Increases the zoom level. |
| Zoom Out | Decreases the zoom level. |
| Print Preview Help | Opens this help topic. |
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Ctrl+Scroll Wheel -- Zooms in and out of the preview.
